More than 40 aspiring artists, craftsmen and makers applied to be featured in the first ever Makers’ Market at the An Affair of the Heart show in Tulsa July 14-16, 2017. Of those, 16 have been selected to sale their handmade goods and wares in the Makers’ Market.
Due to the overwhelming number of talented vendor applications received, twice as many vendors as originally planned were selected to be featured in the Makers’ Market.
“While we have always given preference to handmade vendors, we added the Makers’ Market this year – and hope to continue it for future shows – as a way of further supporting handmade vendors and highlighting them at our shows,” said founding partner Susie Crews.
The Makers’ Market inaugural vendors are:
- A&M Design
- AR Workshop Tulsa
- Brooke Can Custom Creations
- Craftymaes
- Fragrant Moon LLC
- Gilbert Artisan Wood Works
- Humble and Kind Crafty Gals Woodshop
- ibleedheart
- Needles and Pins OKC
- Note-able Designs
- Prairie Hearth
- Red Dirt Cleaners
- Redneck Candles
- Tracey’s Tracery
- Watch Me Sparkle OKC
- Your Words Cuffs
